Pony and Belle began not as a business, but as a feeling.​ A quiet pull towards beauty in the everyday - sunlight on a horse’s coat, the movement of fabric in the wind, the layered colours of the Australian landscape. It’s a world where art, fashion, and the spirit of the horse meet, and where each piece tells a story that lingers long after you’ve seen it.

Founded in Kenthurst, Sydney Australia, by artist and designer Belinda Baynes, Pony and Belle is a collection of equestrian-inspired art, fashion illustration, prints, and thoughtfully designed gifts created to bring a sense of beauty, strength, and individuality into your space.

Belinda’s creative journey began in the world of fashion, studying a Bachelor of Design in Fashion and Textile Design before working with leading Australian brands. But over time, the pull toward something more personal - more expressive - became impossible to ignore. In 2008, she turned fully toward her own artistic practice, building a body of work that is now collected across Australia and internationally.

Her work has since been recognised with awards including First Place at the Sydney Royal Easter Show (2024) - but at its heart, Pony and Belle has always remained something intimate: a reflection of the things that matter most.

At the centre of every piece are three enduring muses - horses, fashion, and women. Horses, for their quiet strength and undeniable presence.
Fashion, for its movement, elegance, and storytelling. And women, for their depth, complexity, and power. These elements intertwine across Belinda’s work, expressed through rich colour, layered textures, and an unmistakable sense of movement.
